Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We support our clinicians in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time licensed psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD for our brand-new Marlborough, Massachusetts location.

Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $97,000 to $173,200 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with health psychology
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Experience with couples or family counseling.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
