Position Summary
The Regional Law Enforcement (LE) Sales Manager drives law enforcement agency and individual officer revenue growth within assigned territory. The Regional LE Sales Manager exceeds territory profit objectives, builds relationships with key stakeholders, collects relevant market data, and understands customer performance expectations to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of six years of law enforcement or federal law enforcement sales experience in a relatable market highly preferred. Five years of experience as a full-time law enforcement or advanced military firearms instructor or five years of relatable small arms commercial (Security Contractor, NRA, Non-Sworn LEO/MIL Instructor) experience instructing military or law enforcement personnel required.

Working Conditions/Essential Functions
Position is performed in a typical office environment. Up to 50% domestic travel is required. Must be able to drive and remain seated in a vehicle for up to eight hours. Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. May occasionally be required to lift objects in excess of 25 pounds.
