What The Role Is:
As a Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) you will be responsible for the consultative sale of treasury management solutions. The TMSO will conduct needs-based conversations to
actively pursue treasury revenue streams and new deposits by aligning integrated technology
solutions to acquire new clients and deepening existing client relationships. Prepares written
analysis/proposals to promote value of services in a fee-based environment. Develop
partnerships with business line partners in an assigned territory to position Treasury
Management Solutions for maximum efficiency and utilization. This includes execution on key
strategies, implementing a proactive client calling program and obtaining individual sales goals.
How You will Make an Impact:
* Drives and is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal presentation development and delivery.
* Leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury products to optimize relationship profitability for the portfolio and identifies referrals to other business lines. * Focuses on client relationship development, from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationships through a need's basis approach.
* Maintains a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, client sub-sector expertise and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.
* Manages an open line of communication with core team members to ensure all are kept informed of updated client news, treasury product changes and industry knowledge.
* Prepares appropriate implementation or client service channel for purposes of fulfilling a request for new sales opportunity or maintenance.
* Works with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, client service needs met, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing.
* Participates and accountable for accuracy of reporting in achieving individual sales goals or targets, supporting departmental initiatives, and business development activities.

* Must have effective communication and presentation skills (written and oral), value giving and receiving feedback, can easily builds partnerships, and is always learning and sharing knowledge with teammates.
* Ability to travel, including overnight.
* Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, plus 1-2 years of TM experience or the equivalent of education and professional TM experience, preferably 4-10 years
