This position shall have at least 10 years aircraft maintenance management of aircraft program or project management experience consisting of at least five years experience directly managing aircraft maintenance operations. The Project Manager shall also possess a combination of management ability and leadership qualities and be customer oriented. The Project Manager shall have knowledge of and be familiar with the requirements of this PWS.
