WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for expanding the geographic footprint of our data solutions and related propositions in Retail Banking, including but not limited to benchmarking programs and consumer research solutions. This role will be working with banking clients across our North American region (the USA and Canada). You will build a strong team and create a positive culture within the organization. You are an inspiring leader, trusted by clients and partners of the firm.

You will be responsible for:
  • Driving consistent growth of our Data Products in North America by bringing to the table your business development, account management, and delivery skills
  • Developing and sustaining deep client relationships across a full range of retail banking data products, including existing clients, cross-referrals, and new clients
  • Implementing the delivery of our programs with maximum quality and client satisfaction
  • Supervising the operations/running the product delivery and the delivery team
  • Building a team that delivers high-quality insights to clients
  • Developing a motivated team, focusing on their professional development and leadership skills plus project delivery
  • Working alongside BCG partners to coordinate commercial activities, as well as project delivery
  • Designing and implementing internal initiatives such as product development, training, among others

YOU'RE GOOD AT
  • Commercial: You are good in a commercial context, from prospecting to closing
  • Relationships/ People: You are good with people and enjoy building strong relationships at all levels
  • Data: You are good with numbers and have good analytical skills. You draw powerful insights from large sets of data

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in internal consulting, strategy, or related roles
  • A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience gained in Retail Banking is preferable
  • Proven commercial experience, preferable B2B, selling data-related products. Client account maintenance experience is also valued.
  • Experience working with banking clients throughout North America.
  • Experience leading a team of managers and or analysts.
  • Additional preferred skills/ experience in Product Development - preferable in data-related products, experience in selling and delivering benchmarking products in retail banking

Our product managers and business builders work with our clients and colleagues in developing new digital ventures and products from planning to launch. We are a mix of business leaders, corporate strategists, and product specialists.
